Mrs. Mariam Al Blooshi,

PR & Marketing Manager

Mariam has a professional experience of more than 16 years in the Media, Public Relations and Strategic Communications fields, of which 8 years were in the educational sector. She holds a Master Degree of Education in Leadership which was obtained from Abu Dhabi University with honor. She is a certified Assessor of the European Foundation for Quality Management Model (EFQM) and a participant of the “National Program of Leadership Development” conducted by GSEC and Abu Dhabi Center of Excellence. 

Currently, she serves as a PR & Marketing Manager in Ankabut. Mariam is responsible for Building the ANKABUT (NREN) brand by increasing awareness and understanding of the company's work, provide specialized and professional support to the CEO of ANKABUT that involves planning, developing, coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives to promote ANKABUT as well as developing and implementing a proactive marketing strategy and related communications to achieve positive media coverage, including use of social media to support campaigns.

In her previous position in Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC), Mariam was playing the role of standard-bearer for the organization’s external and internal voice, content writing and corporate brand as she was responsible for overseeing industry communications – via written, printed and electronic mechanism in order to extend the organization’s message. In addition to developing and managing all communication strategies as they pertain to the organization’s activities including the development of  media, marketing and event plans, developing core content of organization’s initiatives and ensuring this is shared with the Events & Marketing Section and Media Section to support execution of related activities; coordinating with meant departments to ensure effective implementation of communication strategies; developing evaluation reports of post  events , marketing campaigns and the execution of media plans to measure effectiveness/performance against assigned objectives; conducting effectiveness evaluation of media; developing and conducting surveys which evaluate the effectiveness of the Section’s services along with evaluating sponsorship proposals and advising the management accordingly.
