The United Arab Emirates Advanced Research and Education Network (NREN) provides the research and education community with a high-speed, broadband, highly available national network and International connectivity to other research and education networks worldwide. The backbone is based on 40Gbps with International connectivity to NREN such as Internet2 and Geant. We cover all regions in the country with different bandwidth options 100Mbps, 400Mbps, 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, 4 Gbps, 6 Gbps, and 10 Gbps.
